Konsument:

Amiodaron hemmt die periphere Umwandlung von Thyroxin (T4) zu Trijodthyronin (T3) und trägt auch anorganische JOD führen kann, verändert die Funktion der Schilddrüse tests, Hypothyreose oder Hyperthyreose. Therapie mit Amiodaron gegeben werden sollte vorsichtig in Patienten mit einer Funktionsstörung der Schilddrüse. Eine klinische überwachung, einschließlich baseline und regelmäßige Bewertung der Funktion der Schilddrüse empfohlen. Änderung der Schilddrüsen-Therapie kann notwendig sein.
