Bei der Überprüfung der Interaktion aus seriösen Quellen Drugs.com, Rxlist.com, Webmd.com, Medscape.com wurden Kontraindikationen oder Nebenwirkungen festgestellt, die Schäden verursachen oder die negativen Auswirkungen bei der Verwendung des Arzneimittels bei dieser Begleiterkrankung zu verstärken.

Konsument:

Mit Ausnahme von fosinopril, ACE-Hemmer (und/oder Ihrer aktiven Metaboliten in einigen Fällen), sind hauptsächlich eliminiert durch die Niere und können sich bei Patienten mit Nierenfunktionsstörungen. ACE-Hemmer kann auch verschlechtern sich die Nierenfunktion bei einigen Patienten durch die Blockierung der Wirkung von angiotensin II-vermittelten efferente arteriolar Vasokonstriktion, dadurch abnehmende glomeruläre filtration. Therapie mit ACE-Hemmern gegeben werden sollte vorsichtig in Patienten mit vorbestehenden renalen Dysfunktion, insbesondere solche mit renovascular disease. Patienten mit mittelschwerer bis schwerer Niereninsuffizienz erfordern in der Regel niedrigere oder weniger häufige Dosen und kleineren Schritten in der Dosis. Darüber hinaus eine Dosis-Reduktion oder absetzen der jede gleichzeitig verabreichte Diuretika hilfreich sein können. Fosinopril wahrscheinlich nicht erfordern eine Dosisanpassung, sofern Leberfunktion ist ebenfalls erheblich beeinträchtigt.

Bei Patienten mit bilateraler nierenarterie Stenose oder nierenarterie Stenose in einem solitären Niere, ACE-Hemmer reduzieren die renale perfusion zu einem kritisch niedrigen Niveau. Die Nierenfunktion sollte engmaschig überwacht werden, für die ersten paar Wochen der Therapie.
