Da Ihre zytotoxische Wirkungen auf schnell proliferierende Gewebe, antineoplastische Agenten Häufig, in unterschiedlichem Ausmaß, myelosuppression induzieren. Die Verwendung dieser Arzneimittel kann kontraindiziert sein bei Patienten mit bekannten ansteckenden Erkrankungen. Alle Patienten sollten angewiesen werden, sofort über jedes Anzeichen oder Symptome, die darauf hindeutet Infektion wie Fieber, Halsschmerzen oder lokalen Infektion während der antineoplastischen Therapie. Eine engmaschige klinische überwachung der hämatopoetischen Funktion wird empfohlen.
