Bei der Überprüfung der Interaktion aus seriösen Quellen Drugs.com, Rxlist.com, Webmd.com, Medscape.com wurden Kontraindikationen oder Nebenwirkungen festgestellt, die Schäden verursachen oder die negativen Auswirkungen bei der Verwendung des Arzneimittels bei dieser Begleiterkrankung zu verstärken.

Calcium-Kanal-Blocker (CCBs) haben unterschiedliche Grade der negativ inotropen Wirkung. Kongestiver Herzinsuffizienz (CHF), Verschlimmerung der CHF und Lungenödem aufgetreten, in einigen Patienten, die mit einem CCB, vor allem verapamil. Einige CCBs haben auch verursacht milde bis mäßige periphere ödeme aufgrund von Gefäßerweiterung abhängig von Arteriolen und kleinen Blutgefäße, was kann verwechselt werden mit den Auswirkungen der zunehmenden linksventrikulären Dysfunktion. Obwohl einige CCBs verwendet worden in der Behandlung von CHF-Therapie mit CCBs gegeben werden sollte vorsichtig in Patienten mit schwerer linksventrikulärer Dysfunktion (z.B., auswurffraktion < 30%) oder mäßige bis schwere Symptome der Herzinsuffizienz und bei Patienten mit jedem Grad der ventrikulären Dysfunktion, wenn Sie erhalten einen beta-adrenergen blocker. Ebenso ist Vorsicht geboten bei Patienten mit akutem Myokardinfarkt und pulmonale Staus dokumentiert, die von X-ray auf Zulassung, da assoziiert Herzinsuffizienz kann akut verschlimmert durch die Verabreichung eines antizyklischen kapitalpuffers.
