Anticholinergika sind kontraindiziert bei Patienten mit primärem Glaukom, eine Tendenz zur Glaukom (engen Vorderkammer Winkel) oder Adhäsionen (synechiae) zwischen iris und Linse, sowie für ältere Menschen und andere in denen nicht diagnostizierten Glaukom oder übermäßigen Druck in dem Auge vorhanden sein können. Da Anticholinergika verursachen mydriasis, kann Sie verschlimmern diese Bedingungen.
