Bei der Überprüfung der Interaktion aus seriösen Quellen Drugs.com, Rxlist.com, Webmd.com, Medscape.com wurden Kontraindikationen oder Nebenwirkungen festgestellt, die Schäden verursachen oder die negativen Auswirkungen bei der Verwendung des Arzneimittels bei dieser Begleiterkrankung zu verstärken.

Konsument:

Tetracycline (außer Doxycyclin) werden beseitigt, indem die Nieren zu verschiedenen Umfang. Patienten mit eingeschränkter Nierenfunktion kann ein erhöhtes Risiko für Tetracyclin-assoziierte hepatische und/oder renale Toxizität (erhöhte BUN, mit konsequentem azotämie, hyperphosphatämie und Azidose) durch verminderten Arzneimittel-clearance. Therapie mit Tetracyclinen verabreicht werden soll, vorsichtig zu reduzierten Dosierungen bei Patienten mit Nierenfunktionsstörungen. Klinische überwachung der Nieren-und Leberfunktion wird empfohlen, serum-tetracycline Ebenen notwendig sein kann, bei längerer Therapie.
