Konsument:

Die Verwendung von tri-und tetrazyklischen Antidepressiva (TCAs) nur selten im Zusammenhang mit Knochenmark-Unterdrückung. Leukopenie, Agranulozytose, Thrombozytopenie, Anämie, Eosinophilie, purpura, und Panzytopenie berichtet worden, die mit einigen TCAs. Patienten mit bereits bestehenden Knochenmark-Unterdrückung oder Blut dyscrasias Empfang von TCAs sollte engmaschig überwacht werden während der Therapie für den weiteren Abbau im Blut zählt.
