Bei der Überprüfung der Interaktion aus seriösen Quellen Drugs.com, Rxlist.com, Webmd.com, Medscape.com wurden Kontraindikationen oder Nebenwirkungen festgestellt, die Schäden verursachen oder die negativen Auswirkungen bei der Verwendung des Arzneimittels bei dieser Begleiterkrankung zu verstärken.

Konsument:

Trizyklische und tetrazyklische Antidepressiva (Tzas), kann zu einer orthostatischen Hypotonie, reflex-Tachykardie, Synkopen und Schwindel, besonders bei Beginn der Therapie oder schnelle Eskalation der Dosierung. Imipramin zu haben scheint, die größte Neigung zu induzieren, um diesen Effekt, während sekundäre Amine wie nortriptylin können, tun dies weniger Häufig. Toleranz, um die blutdrucksenkende Wirkung entwickelt sich oft nach ein paar Dosen, ein paar Wochen. Selten, Zusammenbruch und plötzlicher Tod aufgetreten Sekundär zu schweren Hypotonie. Eine engmaschige überwachung der Herz-Kreislauf-status, einschließlich EKG-Veränderungen, wird empfohlen, in allen Dosierungen. Viele der neueren Antidepressiva, einschließlich bupropion und die selektiven serotonin-Wiederaufnahme-Hemmer (SSRIs), werden deutlich weniger oder minimal cardiotoxic und kann entsprechende alternativen.

Konsument:

Trizyklischen Antidepressiva sollte mit äußerster Vorsicht verwendet werden bei Patienten mit Anzeichen von Herz-Kreislauf-Erkrankungen wegen der Möglichkeit, Schwankungen im Blutdruck, Herzrhythmusstörungen, Leitvermögen Mängel, Tachykardie, Myokardinfarkt und Schlaganfall. Dies gilt auch für Patienten, die eine Familiengeschichte von plötzlichen Tod, cardiac dysrhythmias, oder erregungsleitungsstörungen. In einigen Fällen ist eine allmähliche Dosis-titration wird empfohlen.
