Konsument:

Patienten mit Hypothyreose möglicherweise erhöhtes Risiko von Atemdepression und verlängerter CNS depression im Zusammenhang mit der Verwendung der Betäubungsmittel (opioid -) Analgetikum Agenten. Diese Mittel können auch verschlimmern die Auswirkungen der Hypothyreose wie Lethargie, beeinträchtigte Umsetzung, depression und Verstopfung. Therapie mit Opioiden verabreicht werden soll vorsichtig und initiiert bei reduzierten Dosierungen bei Patienten mit unkontrollierter Hypothyreose oder myxödem. Die nachfolgenden Dosen sollten titriert werden, basierend auf der individuellen Reaktion eher als eine Feste Dosierung.
