Konsument:

Kortikosteroide reduzieren osteoblastischen Funktion und hemmen die absorption von intestinalen Kalzium, was dazu führen kann, Knochenabbau und Knochenverlust während der langwierigen Therapie. Darüber hinaus bone matrix beeinflusst werden kann von der protein-katabolen Effekte von Kortikosteroiden, vor allem, wenn Sie in hohen Dosen oder für längere Zeit, was zu aseptischen Nekrosen und Frakturen. Langzeit-oder Hochdosis-Kortikosteroid-Therapie verabreicht werden soll, vorsichtig und nur wenn notwendig bei Patienten mit oder mit einem Risiko für Osteoporose. Ungünstigen skelettalen Effekte können minimiert werden, indem die alternate-Tag oder intermittierende Verabreichung.
