Antihistaminika kann selten verursachen Herz-Kreislauf-Nebenwirkungen im Zusammenhang mit Ihren anticholinergen und örtlicher Betäubung (Chinidin-artige) Aktivitäten. Tachykardie, Herzklopfen, EKG-Veränderungen, Arrhythmien, Hypotonie und Hypertonie wurden berichtet.
