ACE-Hemmer verursachen können knochenmarksuppression, selten in unkomplizierten Individuen, sondern häufiger bei Patienten mit Nierenfunktionsstörungen, vor allem, wenn Sie auch ein Kollagen-Kreislauf-Erkrankungen wie systemischem lupus erythematodes oder Sklerodermie.
