Bei der Überprüfung der Interaktion aus seriösen Quellen Drugs.com, Rxlist.com, Webmd.com, Medscape.com wurden Kontraindikationen oder Nebenwirkungen festgestellt, die Schäden verursachen oder die negativen Auswirkungen bei der Verwendung des Arzneimittels bei dieser Begleiterkrankung zu verstärken.

Konsument:

Die Verwendung von selektiven serotonin-Wiederaufnahme-Hemmer (SSRI) selten verbunden mit Hyponatriämie, manchmal Sekundär zu der Entwicklung von dem Syndrom der unangemessenen Sekretion des antidiuretischen Hormons (SIADH). Diese Ereignisse sind im Allgemeinen reversibel nach absetzen der SSRI-Therapie und/oder medizinische intervention. SSRI-bedingten Hyponatriämie häufiger bei älteren Patientinnen und diejenigen, die Volumen-entleert oder empfangen gleichzeitige Diuretika-Therapie. Vorsicht gerechtfertigt sein, wenn SSRI-Therapie verabreicht wird, bei diesen Patienten und Patienten mit vorbestehenden Hyponatriämie oder SIADH. Serum-Elektrolyte, vor allem Natrium, sowie BRÖTCHEN-und plasma-Kreatinin, sollte regelmäßig überwacht werden.
