Konsument:

Sympathomimetika Agenten induzieren können vorübergehende mydriasis durch die stimulation der alpha-1-adrenergen Rezeptoren. Bei Patienten mit anatomisch engen Winkeln oder schmal-Winkel Glaukom, pupillary dilation kann provozieren eine akute Attacke. Bei Patienten mit anderen Formen von Glaukom, mydriasis gelegentlich Erhöhung des Augeninnendrucks. Therapie mit Sympathomimetika Agenten gegeben werden sollte vorsichtig in Patienten mit oder mit Prädisposition zu Glaukom, insbesondere Engwinkelglaukom.
