Bei der Überprüfung der Interaktion aus seriösen Quellen Drugs.com, Rxlist.com, Webmd.com, Medscape.com wurden Kontraindikationen oder Nebenwirkungen festgestellt, die Schäden verursachen oder die negativen Auswirkungen bei der Verwendung des Arzneimittels bei dieser Begleiterkrankung zu verstärken.

Konsument:

Die Verwendung der Sulfonamide wurde im Zusammenhang mit der hämatologischen Toxizität, einschließlich methemoglobinemia, sulfhemoglobinemia, Leukopenie, granulocytopenia, Eosinophilie, hämolytische Anämie, aplastische Anämie, purpura, Störung der Blutgerinnung, Thrombozytopenie, hypofibrinogenemia, und hypoprothrombinemia. Akute Dosis-bezogene hämolytische Anämie kann auftreten, während der ersten Woche der Therapie durch Sensibilisierung, während chronische hämolytische Anämie kann auftreten bei längerer Anwendung. Patienten mit Glukose-6-Phosphat-dehydrogenase (G-6-PD) Mangel sollte beobachtet werden, nach Anzeichen für eine hämolytische Anämie. Therapie mit Sulfonamiden verabreicht werden soll, vorsichtig in Patienten mit vorbestehenden Blut dyscrasias oder Knochenmark-Unterdrückung. Komplette Blut zählt, sollte erhalten werden regelmäßig, insbesondere bei längerer Therapie (>2 Wochen), und die Patienten sollten angewiesen werden, sofort über jedes Anzeichen oder Symptome andeutend blood dyscrasia, wie Fieber, Halsentzündung, lokale Infektion, Blutung, Blässe, übelkeit oder Gelbsucht.
