Konsument:

Topisch applizierte nicht-steroidale entzündungshemmende Medikamente (NSAIDs) sind systemisch absorbiert, mit dem Potenzial für die Erzeugung von seltenen, aber klinisch signifikante systemische Wirkungen. NSAR haben gezeigt, reversibel hemmen die Thrombozyten-Adhäsion und-aggregation und kann leicht verlängert Blutungszeit bei gesunden Personen. Diese Nebenwirkungen können stärker ausgeprägt sein bei Patienten mit zugrunde liegenden hämostatischen Anomalien. Thrombozytopenie wurde auch berichtet, selten während der NSAR-Gebrauch. Therapie mit Okular NSAR gegeben werden sollte vorsichtig in Patienten mit signifikante aktive Blutung oder hämorrhagische Diathese, einschließlich blutstillende und/oder Gerinnungsstörungen im Zusammenhang mit Hämophilie, vitamin-K-Mangel, hypoprothrombinemia, Thrombozytopenie, thrombocytopathy, oder schwerer leberfunktionsstörung.
